在中文中,文化能力可以被称为「文化能力」或「文化素养」。它指的是个人或组织与来自不同文化背景的人有效地交往和合作的能力。文化能力是一种技能集和行为模式,让个人能够理解、欣赏和尊重不同文化背景的人的价值观、信仰、习俗、语言和传统。
